Recoverable for a short time:
You'll see an Undo button right after — click it to restore. The drop-off stays in the database with a deletion timestamp regardless, so it's never truly gone.
Manual Resolution
Walk-in pickup, in-store payment, or any other manual action. Set the choices below and pick where this drop-off should land.
Calculated offer:
If you already paid them in person, you can leave this blank.
"Took leftovers today" resolves the drop-off in one step. "Will pick up" sends it to Awaiting Pickup.

Use this for a customer who came in person and you handled everything on the spot. Creates a new drop-off, customer record (if new), and resolves it in one step.
Note: This skips intake form, tagging, pricing, and the customer offer email. Use it only when you've completed the whole transaction in person.

Force certain brands to always be categorized as a specific type. Useful for shoe brands you nickname differently.

Make a type behave specially during pricing — flat price (ignores size) or retail lookup (staff researches retail, system divides for store price).

💡 The actual price/divisor for this behavior is set in Settings → Pricing Behavior Rules. Different flat-price types currently all use the same Hat Flat Price; if you need different flat prices per type, let us know.
Add Brand to DO NOT BUY
Add a brand name to the DO NOT BUY list. When staff selects it during pricing, the Add Item button will be disabled.
